A Simple definition of Cloud Computing involves different types of services over the internet .Some of the examples are Storage as a Service or Compute as Service or Network Services and everything can be delivered via Cloud . In our daily Life everyone uses different cloud-based application services .There are many companies who provides Cloud services and among them is the most famous Amazon Web Services .
Why most startup companies and most of the companies recommend to use AWS Services?
As AWS comes with big data centre which covers almost all of the regions .Why data centres are distributed in all regions ,Why don’t they make a very big Data centre in one region ? It comes with a Big reason For example if Company is having most of the Customers from India and the Data which is all stored in Data centre of the US .So, It is usual that there would be latency to retrive the data. To every Data centre there is always two or three Zones as amazon has big data centre to deal with everything but not with Natural Calamity so for dealing with it ,it comes up with a procedure with three zone which is located almost fifty miles away .So ,if one data centre goes due to some disaster the other is in use .And amazon is one of the best of the company for Cloud services.
Ever thought how do they provide such a great services and how it benefits other startup companies ?
Startup companies are more attracted towards the AWS Cloud as it provides the services and their amount according to the usage .As startup companies comes up to the market with a low fund and to setup own data centre liking buying hard disk ,Compute components will cost to them a lot so rather investing that much of money they choose cloud to get those services and use Amazon data centre as Amazon comes up with the policy pay-as-you-go It states like whatever service you are using or for a short period time pay for that only .Just like we pay for Water and Electricity.

We know that Amazon Data Center or Avaibiality Zone has the best security but what if natural calamity occurs ???
As Amazon is best in terms of securing and backup data but to deal with Natural Calamity if occurs they introduced with a procedure like to every region they install 2–3 Data Center or Avaibility Zone and each data center is located 50 miles away from each other. So if one Data center goes down other will be ready in use .Other AWS response is also there like — Rebuilding Connectivity, Disaster Mapping, Building Applications for Good.

I want to add one thing for better learning Openshift is a Private cloud whereas AWS is a Public cloud .
When OLX Autos was running an old version of OpenShift, the company experienced issues with autoscaling, which caused interruptions to its applications. “Now with Amazon EKS, our Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon Ec2 )gets autoscaled in a couple of minutes whenever any marketing campaigns cause a surge or a sudden spike in traffic. If online traffic drops, the fleet gets scaled down — something we were not able to do smoothly before with OpenShift,” says Tomar.
OLX Autos has also offloaded the critical task of administering Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)/Transport Layer Security (TLS) certificates to AWs Certificate Manager . Previously, teams had to manually procure and deploy new certificates each year, but with AWS, new certificates are deployed with a few simple API calls. “It’s a relief that AWS will now be taking care of that,” says Tomar. “We don’t have to invest a single minute in checking and updating certificates, which could impact key timelines for our business.”

Amazon pumps $1.6bn into Indian data centers
Amazon will invest $1.6bn into the construction of two data centers in India.
The data centers are expected to be located on the outskirts of Hyderabad.
One of the facilities, a 66,000 sq m (710,000 sq ft) data center, will be located at the village of Chandanvelly, while the 82,000 sq m (882,000 sq ft) second facility will be situated at the village of Meerkhanpet. Both are in the Ranga Reddy district in the state of Telangana.
